    These crisp, thin cookies are buttery and delicious. I successfully subbed dried cranberries for the dried tart cherries. They brown quite quickly, so keep an eye on them - may not need the full time specified. In my oven, which is convection, I did about 4 minutes, then switched the pan positions, then another 3 minutes or so.
