    Love this! I was an idiot and added one cup of butter instead of one stick and it still worked ?? It looks very impressive despite being simple to make.

    This is absolutely delicious, inexpensive with ingredients that you readily have on hand. Made the lemon curd from Stephanie Alexander's Cook's Companion. Will go into my easy desserts repertoir.

    This is one of my standby desserts. Always have all the ingredients in the house and it's a quick and easy dessert that looks and tastes like it took a lot more effort.
