    I didn't actually make the squash this way - I roasted it in halves at 350 for 30 minutes with some oil and salt and water. And I changed the sauce - used maple syrup instead of sugar and hazelnut oi instead of the walnut and corn oils, and I mixed the walnuts into the rest of the sauce. But the sauce was excellent, and would be good with other vegetables as well.
