    I love that this was loaded with veggies & tasted so good! I’m not sure what is considered a serving size for this….but I think it could easily feed more than 6. It made a lot & will definitely be great for several lunches. I wouldn’t change a thing, but I did have one salt it & ask for potatoes in it next time. Easy enough to cut recipe in half to use a 4-qt slow cooker.
