    Another winner. This cookbook teaches how to make delicious risottos so well. I doubled the amount of mushrooms as that's what I had, and I added a glug of sherry and some fresh thyme when cooking the mushrooms, as well. A beautiful and light take on mushroom risotto, since it did not call for dried porcinis.
