    This was fantastic! A delicious and elegant way to stretch just a 1/2 lb of meat into something decadent and hearty. I sautéed some minced garlic before adding the meat, and added some dried thyme, oregano, basil, and fennel seeds for additional seasoning with the tomatoes.
