Kumquat-clementine gin cordial from In the Kitchen with a Good Appetite: 150 Recipes and Stories about the Food You Love (page 425) by Melissa Clark

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Made with 16 kumquats that I quartered (no clementine juice), 12 coriander seeds, 6 black peppercorns, 2 c Bombay Saphire, I didn't add any sugar so I guess it's not really a cordial anymore. What I really wanted was a flavored gin that would make a good Ramos gin fizz. I then cooked this sous vide at 135F for 3 hours, strained, and immediately chilled.
