    Didn't cook this exactly as recipe as I had duck breast not roast duck. Pan fried the duck breast separately with some 5 spice. Served the duck sliced on top. Used some of the duck fat to cook this recipe. Made almost as per the recipe otherwise but no plum sauce so added plum hoisin instead and didn't add sugar. Added baby corn and rice noodles to make it a complete meal. Sauce was delicious I'd definitely make again
