    A 3.0 out of 5. A very easy soup to prepare for a weeknight meal. Make the broth. Cut up the chicken and the condiments. Put them in the bottom of the bowl. Pour the hot broth over the top. People can add what they like and leave out what they don't. It may not be an "authentic" tortilla soup, but it's easy to make. Don't skip the lime juice. It balances the broth. Nice soup to keep in the back pocket.
