    Flavor is good with these carrots, & they went over well with a holiday crowd, but they were not glazed after cooking; they were surrounded by a very watery liquid, which was not visually appealing. Substituted apricot preserves for more than half the orange marmalade for taste preference, but have made these before w/ all marmalade with same watery result.
