    I came here for the chicken & sauce but skipped the puffy taco part. I marinated the chicken as instructed, made 1/4 of the very flavourful sauce (which was still lots - enough for this dinner for 2 & some to freeze for another BF recipe from a different book) and then pan roasted the thighs with the sauce spooned over. I served this over a bed of cheese grits with a side of coleslaw (from a different book) and it was a delicious, repeat worthy dinner.
