Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This is my 3rd country captain (of the 4 from my books) and it - like the others - is really good! I cut it in 1/2 and used 6 boneless skinless thighs. I then pretty much followed it exactly (including the homemade “curry mix” which I think has 8 ingredients itself) but I did add a small can of coconut milk during the final simmer rather than cooking the rice in it as BF suggests AND I added added some mango chutney at the end (in place of additional honey). We are eating it over rice with a sprinkling of slivered almonds & sliced green onions and T just pronounced it “awesome”.
