Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Was pretty good spin of fajitas. It had a little Asian flair with the marinade—a bit on the sweet side. When you ate it definitely was a burst of flavor that wasn’t your normal fajita and it stands out. The screamin’ sour cream is a must. So I would say this wouldn’t be my go to fajita recipe, it’s is its own thing and worth a try!

I used a 15 oz flank steak and made a 1/2 recipe of the marinade. The recipe says to BBQ for 6 minutes per side but we stuck to our usual 4 minute timing and the beef was perfect. These were delicious fajitas which included red & yellow peppers, red onions, a good drizzle of reserved marinade, grated cheese and the really good “screamin’ sour cream”. I served these with a corn salad on the side and we both agreed - awesome!
