Can substitute groundnut oil for sunflower oil, mint for basil, and olive oil for rapeseed oil.

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

This is a recipe that I have made several times using different types of fish, depending of what it is available, and it is simple, fast & delicious. The sauce is made with fresh herbs such as parsley, basil or mint, capers, garlic, lemon rind and lemon. Just put all ingredients in a small food processor and it's ready. Last night I cooked fillets of flake and served them with some boiled potatoes and steamed green beans with just a bit of olive oil. A real example of simple but delicious food.
