    Made this tonight to go with some sticky drumsticks. I'm not a fan of heavy mayo in coleslaw, so I really like this coleslaw recipe. I've used it for many years. I subbed red bell pepper for green and diced red onion for sliced green onion, because that is what I had in the house. My measurement of the cabbage is not exact, I just sliced up most of a head of cabbage, probably closer to 5 cups than 4.
