Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    A simple recipe to put together with very little flavor. I used thawed frozen blueberries, 1% milk and (realized after the fact) 1/4 cup Parkay margarine. The muffins looked beautiful with perfectly golden tops, but we like our muffins just a little bit sweeter than these. In all fairness, the description for the recipe was accurate: "an old-fashioned, not-too-sweet berry muffin." Since I make Blueberry Muffins often, I will probably try this again using the right amount of Parkay.
