    Very good, would make again. Prep was easy but takes a little time. I only used one roast but the full amount of other ingredients. Served the first round over mashed potatoes, then shredded the rest and mixed with sauce to serve over pasta as another reviewer suggested. Cooked 6 hours on high and it came out perfectly, made the house smell great while cooking.

    Leftover makes a great pasta sauce: just shred the meat and add a little tomato sauce if it’s too thick. Delicious with rigatoni.
