    This is in regular rotation in our house. Straightforward and easy enough for my teen to make. We typically make this vegetarian with “impossible”/ fake beef. I use premade pesto.

    I made this by pre cooking the meatballs in the broiler to set the shape. They still did not hold their shape and made a pesto flavored meat sauce. Wouldn't make again.
