Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This recipe sounded so intriguing, but it suffered in the (lack of) copy-editing. Having been told to poach the onions with the chicken, you're then told to chop and fry them while the chicken is cooking! And the turnips in the ingredients list are never referred to again. The result was OK (roast chicken with walnut sauce) but it wasn't the "completely novel gastronomic sensation" promised by Pomiane.
