Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was very good. Super easy and fast and a pretty dish. The only change I made was to replace the halibut with cod. Served it over brown rice. There were only 2 of us at the table and we have only one very small serving left.

    Really easy, just make sure you do all the prep ahead of starting - one you have that done, it's just putting things in the pan. Used Basa/Swai filets instead of halibut, but worked very well - the fish doesn't break up in the sauce. Made brown rice for the side.
