    One of the best tzatziki sauce recipes - we use our Montana grass-fed lamb and it is fantastic. Almost like being back in Turkey!

    We got freshly ground lamb, and it made all the difference. Really good flavor. Fine to make patties in advance and cook later. They fall apart a bit.
