    Easy, store cupboard ingredients. Made when Heather and Calum stayed. Served with ice cream. Everyone enjoyed it. Made in white souffle dish, next time try a wider, shallower dish. Sponge on top and butterscotch sauce underneath.

    Tasty and easy for a weeknight dessert - the banana butterscotch flavour is a good combination (I didn't serve with whipped cream or ice cream and don't really think anything was missing). I substituted golden syrup for the corn syrup.
