    Don't own the book but saw this recipe in the Boston Globe last week, in Susie Chang's review of the book. It was a huge hit -- made it the other night with an Asian stir-fry, for which it was the perfect accompanimen. Subbed green cabbage for napa (out at the market), and used Thai chile sauce I had in the fridge for sriracha. Super easy -- in fact, am making it again tonight by popular demand! May have to buy the book just on the strength of this recipe...
