    Great recipe- a few components to it but each one is easy. Pesto quick, pea mash uses frozen peas and cans of chickpeas and then just simply cook the lamb. I roasted a few tomatoes on the vine to accompany this dish as suggested. Amazingly simple and as I don't eat meat I pan fried a piece of salmon as a substitute and this was nice too.
