    p. 87 – Excellent. Made this on a weeknight and grilled the wild sockeye salmon. The crust was incredible with flavours that paired beautifully with the fish. Lovely presentation as well. I’ll definitely make this again. Photos here: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/906511#8158609
