Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    One of the easiest apple pies I've ever made and it gets rave reviews every time. I was so surprised at how good it was the first time I made it. My go-to apple for pie making is the Cortland variety. The last time I made this I made two versions - one with my Cortlands, the other with Idareds. Both were fantastic, though I definitely prefer the tartness of the Cortlands over the sweetness of the Idareds. I certainly wouldn't decline a slice of either!
