    My husband gave this a 5 rating on the strength of the Cajun-spiced catfish (I'm vegetarian). The grits & collards were tasty, but similar to other recipes I've made, nothing particularly noteworthy. Altogether the 3 dishes made a great & simple-to-prepare dinner.
