    I liked it but the family didn't. DH liked the fried gnocchi, M1 liked the tomato and mushroom and the littlest just picked off the cheese. One for the aubergine lovers out there!

    This is a great winter dish. You can make your own gnocchi or just use store bought gnocchi. I fried my gnocchi first before adding it to the sauce. An idea I got from Nigella Lawson. Delicious! Jac (Tinned Tomatoes) x
