    This was a great success. Used 33 x 25cm dish. Yes very rich, but the suggested salad went well. I added more lime juice as other reviewer recommended. It was easily cooked after the 50mins indicated. Will make again.

    Mine was no where near cooked after 30 minutes

    Very nice. The result is quite rich so I increase the lime juice.
