Tomato, thyme and goat's cheese tart from River Cottage Veg Everyday! by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall

Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

Simple to prepare and tasty. Plenty of potential for variations. This time I used cheddar cheese (because that was what was open in the fridge) and also added some dijon mustard

A delicious easy tart that makes good use of heirloom tomatoes. My only change is to bake the tart a bit longer than stated; I increase the initial bake time a little. A lovely late summer dish.

This is really quick to make and tastes delicious with a green side salad. Loved the tomato/goat cheese combination!

This is wonderful. We make it a lot in the summer when tomatoes are at their best.
