    Not a sprout lover here - certainly not of the boiled kind - but this recipe might just convert me! Thought it tasted great. Made with regular onions. Had the dish with marinated feta and quinoa.

    I followed the recipe exactly and the Brussels sprouts came out perfectly charred and caramelised.

    At this time and temperature, the brussels sprouts don't caramelize.
