    I used red potatoes, zucchini, yellow squash (all from a friend's garden),and organic tomatoes. I sliced the vegetables a bit thinner than 1/4 inch, except the tomatoes. No gruyere on hand, so I used parmesan. The timing was perfect, and this was a huge hit.
