    This is the one pasta dish we love but only eat every so often.... too many calories!! Usually we cook it on days that we don't have much time to be in the kitchen, and we feel like eating pasta. It's soo delicious and comforting. This time we used spaghetti instead of tagliatelle. This is not the 'real' traditional Italian recipe, but I have been cooking it like this for many years before I learnt that you shouldn't use cream. We love it like this!!
