    I made this as I was looking for ways to use chervil for a spring/summer compatible recipe. I had never made it before I think. Very simple. I used olive oil, teeny capers (sorry Simon :) and subbed chervil for parsley (because I needed to cut my boisterous home grown chervil). I will definitely make again, although I might experiment and try alternate variations of the sauce.
