    Easy and delicious. Pay careful attention to her note about beating the ingredients until they come together, lighten, and double in size. You have a liquid until this moment, at which point the batter comes together. It took me roughly six minutes. Cooked for the full 35 minutes as at 30 it was still very wet and liquid-y.
