    The chocolate sponge cake in this is SO salty. I cut back on salt by 1/3 and it was still incredibly, unpleasantly salty - and I love salt, and salted desserts. Her ideas are so inspiring, but I have tried a few of the recipes now and found the flavours are not balanced, at least to my taste.
