    I only had a 9.5" deep dish pie pan, not the 10" one called for, so maybe that's why I was so underwhelmed. My dough never rose in the oven or browned. The crust stayed completely flat and became rock hard. Ate the filling with a spoon and had to chisel the crust out of the pan into the trash.
