Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    This was a great way to make rice bowls or a salad, and we did both in one. The sate sauce is delicious and the lettuce offsets the flavors perfectly. The tempeh soaked up the marinade really well. I found it difficult to skewer the tempeh without it breaking, and would honestly just cook it in bigger pieces without the skewers next time.
