    I had boneless chicken thighs to use up, and was looking for something to do with them that included a sauce...found this recipe, so used it! YMMV whether I therefore actually made the recipe or not, given that it's for pheasant breasts. Whatever, the sauce was delicious - really simple and quick to do, lots of flavour, I'd definitely make this again and I think it could work with any poultry, maybe even pork too.
