Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    These didn't work at all: totally fell apart during shallow frying. Tried to bake them in oven as a last resort but they were still going to mush as soon as I touched them. Now I didn't measure the olive oil I just added by eye so it's possible I used a bit more than the 3tbsp directed, leading to the issues I had, but even so I won't be trying these again.
