Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I didn’t add any brandy but made 2 versions of these. 1 as written the other with plant cream. I prepared them the night before we were having them which was just as well as the plant cream took most of hat time to set. Used this recipe several times for a no fuss and light dessert. Will be making them again too.
