    A nice, if not totally exceptional, chocolate cake. I didn't have enough white chocolate left for decorating the top, so just used icing sugar. I noticed that the white chocolate in the cake sank to the bottom, so would coat in flour before adding next time. 45 mins in the oven was enough cooking time, it didn't need the full hour.
