    A nice easy way to make sarson ka saag - set and forget. I used mustard greens, fenugreek leaves and spinach-like greens. I added a turnip (grated) and a chopped tomato plus a tadka of ghee, cumin seeds, asafoetida (from my favourite sarson ka saag recipe). Grated carrots can be added too, or daikon instead of turnip.
