Always check the publication for a full list of ingredients. An Eat Your Books index lists the main ingredients and does not include 'store-cupboard ingredients' (salt, pepper, oil, flour, etc.) - unless called for in significant quantity.

    I was looking for ways to use up marmalade as we have jars and jars of the stuff. This was easy and quick, and nice! I halved the recipe for two, works great. This will become a new favourite!
