    Delicious and very easy to make. - but don't add bicarb to the glaze as it creates an odd texture. Whend adding the cinnamon / sugar / nut layer try to keep it in the middle of the tin (avoid the sides). Only need to make about half of the glaze recipe. This cake only needed about 40min at 165deg C FF.
