Where’s the full recipe - why can I only see the ingredients?

    I cooked 5 regular-thickness slices of pain de mie and there was enough egg mixture left for 1-2 more slices. Soaked 1 min per side, but probably should have gone longer as the bread was still a little firm. Still good though. I'd maybe add a pinch of sugar and salt to the egg mxiture next time, plus use brioche or challah as recommended.
