    I made this recipe because I had the exact amount of quark and frozen sour cherries. I didn’t thaw the cherries and used less brown sugar. Came out ok, I just messed up the crust a bit which isn’t part of this recipe. I know many better German/Austrian recipes using quark in baking, so wouldn’t be making this recipe again.
