    Great cake, moist and tender. Did not make the glaze, did not really need it, cake was good plain. I used Samuel Adams’ chocolate stout.

    Made for Finn's 19th birthday, 2021, with Hoyne Brewing Finnegan's Irish Stout. It was amazing! This is at least the third time I've made this cake, and won't be the last. Page 120 in Absolutely Chocolate from the Editors of Fine Cooking
