    I used a new-to-me brand of harissa which was very hot and quite smoky and went very well with the fish which was delicious. I even managed to crisp one side of the fillets even though they were skinless. I expected the residual heat from the couscous to wilt the spinach but that didn't happen at all. Flavour was ok but it was quite dry. I had made a cucumber-tomato herb salad dressed with lemon juice and olive oil to serve with the meal; I mixed it with the couscous instead and that helped (actually, it was quite good).
