    Good, but not exactly what I was hoping for. They were very sweet - not surprising with the large amount of mix-ins - so the small size was good. I guess my scoop was extra small as I got 40 cookies. Baking time on light-colored, parchment-lined aluminum pans was 11 min. The final batch baked faster on a parchment-lined nonstick pan. My ideal version of these cookies would be chewier, flatter (more like standard oatmeal cookies) with fewer mix-ins.

    Maria isn't joking when she says to pull them at 10 minutes. They won't look done, but they came out nice and soft anyways.

    These are lovely, but I just had to tweak the recipe a bit. I was inspired to add 2 Tbsp more oats, used a 3.5 oz finely chopped white chocolate bar (had better ingredient than the chips), and whatever volume was lacking to make it 1 cup was filled with finely chopped Trader Joes Sweetened Dried Orange Slices. Fabulous!
